Since 2016, Hanum Massage Home Service has delivered thousands of home massage sessions across Jakarta and Surabaya — in living rooms, hotel rooms and apartments, at the hour our clients choose, not the hour we open.
It began with one simple question
Why are the people who need a massage the most always the ones with the least time to go to a spa?
That was the question we faced in 2016. Our clients were professionals getting home at ten at night, parents who couldn't leave their children, hotel guests just off a long-haul flight, and apartment residents who didn't want to head back out after a full day on the road. All of them needed to recover. Almost none of them had the free time to go looking for it.
So we flipped the model. Instead of clients coming to us, our therapists go to them — with towels, aromatic oils and every piece of equipment the session needs. All the client has to prepare is a room and a bed.
Good service isn't the most luxurious one. It's the one you can reach the moment your body actually needs it.
The Hanum Massage working principle
That decision came with real consequences. Operating 24 hours means having therapists ready at two in the morning, not just printing "24 hours" on an ad. Promising free transport means travel costs are ours to carry, not a surprise at the end of the session. And walking into someone's home means trust is part of the service, not an extra.
Nine years on, those three things are still the standard we hold ourselves to.
From one city to two

Our first session in Jakarta
Hanum Massage began operating as a home service massage in Jakarta, with a small team and a single promise: the therapist travels, not the client.
Full 24-hour service
After turning down too many late-night requests, we opened our schedule around the clock — including early mornings and weekends.
Coverage expands across Greater Jakarta
Our service area grew to Tangerang, Bekasi and Depok, with free transport across the entire coverage area.
Opening our second city: Surabaya
Our Surabaya therapist team was built on the same selection and training standards, serving Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik.
